Great Snacks During Shakes Hour (My Suggestion)

Prunes elok utk digestion... So those customers yang ada problem nak buang air besar i suggest diorang makan prunes.. It also a healthy snack during shakes hour.....
Raisins pun elok gak utk dimakan time shakes hour.. I prefer these small boxes of raisins.. Very handy to carry... Raisin camnie always ada dlm my drawer..
Fuji Apples are great too! Mcm doctor always said "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".. Hehehe...
Herbalife greatest snack ever! My favourite Protein Bar.. Biasanya i amik 1-2 bars per day.. Kalorinya cuma 139 per bar.. Yummy!
